Our path
PE LLC "TAIBA LEASING" began its active operations in the Uzbek market in 2011, following the company’s presentation by the Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector at the 3rd Tashkent International Leasing Forum.
Expansion of the company’s staff and increase in the volume and number of leasing agreements.
Expansion of the office and relocation to the International Business Center (IBC).
TAIBA FINANCE actively participates in leading investment and leasing events, including:
- The 7th Tashkent International Investment and Financial Forum.
- The 7th Tashkent International Leasing Forum.
- A specialized seminar dedicated to familiarizing potential lessors and lessees with the production process of MAN heavy-duty vehicles.
These events contributed to strengthening business ties, expanding industry expertise, and deepening cooperation with manufacturers and clients in the commercial transport and Islamic finance sectors.
TAIBA FINANCE employees have undergone professional training at:
Moscow Business School — in financial management, modeling, evaluation of investment projects and businesses.
Russian School of Management — in the following areas:

- KPI and personnel assessment

TAIBA FINANCE actively participates in international events aimed at expanding partnerships and developing the industry:
- Participation in the 120th anniversary China Import and Export Fair “CANTON FAIR,” where meetings were held with leading manufacturers of special equipment, including SANY and LONG KING.
- Company presentation at the international industry exhibition BAUMA 2016 (construction and mining machinery, mechanisms, and equipment).
- Securing another financing line from ICD (Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector) in the amount of USD 5 million, which became an important step in expanding leasing programs and investment potential.
All TAIBA FINANCE employees completed the “Islamic Banking and Finance” program organized by the Islamic Research and Training Institute (IRTI) under the Islamic Development Bank Group (IsDB).
This training provided a deep understanding of the principles of Islamic finance and their practical application in the company’s operations.
A representative of TAIBA FINANCE completed training within the framework of the seminar “Leasing as a Form of Investment”, organized by the Association of Lessors of Uzbekistan and Central Bohemia University (Prague).
As part of the program, visits and exchanges of experience with leading Czech leasing companies took place.
From May 2 to 5, 2019, Tashkent hosted a forum and seminar on Islamic banking, takaful, and microfinance in CIS countries, organized by:
- AlHuda CIBE (UAE)
- International Investment Company SABOAM (UAE)
- ICD — a subsidiary of the Islamic Development Bank
The forum highlighted the relevance of Islamic finance as a sustainable alternative to the traditional banking system in CIS countries.
In the nomination “Best IJARA Product in the Uzbek Market”, TAIBA LEASING was recognized as the winner.
TAIBA LEASING employees completed an online training program on Ijara and Murabaha, organized by AlHuda CIBE with the support of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) and UZARO. The training covered the basics of Islamic economics, Sharia-compliant financial instruments, and Islamic teachings.
General Director Bakhodir Kadirov participated in the 46th Annual Meeting of the IsDB Board of Governors and the “Private Sector Day” Forum in Tashkent, which brought together more than 2,000 participants from 57 countries.
During this period, the Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector (ICD), the founder of TAIBA LEASING, signed financing agreements worth USD 40 million with four banks in Uzbekistan.
Bakhodir Kadirov, CEO of the FC TAIBA LEASING LLC, took part in the 47th Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of the IsDB Group in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt.
TAIBA LEASING, the leading Islamic leasing company in Uzbekistan, partners with the Shariyah Review Bureau (SRB) — a global Shariah advisory firm that oversees the company’s compliance with AAOIFI standards and conducts regular audits.
General Director Bakhodir Kadirov noted that TAIBA LEASING finances enterprises across various industries — from agriculture and mining to pharmaceuticals and IT. The company specializes in leasing commercial transport, agricultural machinery, construction, and industrial equipment.
“We have financed more than 300 projects worth over 40 million USD and continue to support the country’s economic development,” he emphasized.
