Participation in a seminar-training in Prague on gender equality and the development of financial inclusion

HR specialist of FC “TAIBA FINANCE” LLC, Olga Dogonkina, took part in a seminar-training on the topic: “European approach to ensuring gender equality, developing women’s entrepreneurship, and expanding financial inclusion.”
The seminar was held from June 1 to June 10, 2026, in Prague, Czech Republic, within the framework of an international professional exchange project implemented by the European Institute of Applied Science & Management.
The seminar brought together female employees from commercial banks, leading leasing and consulting companies of Uzbekistan, including “Uzbek Leasing International A.O.” JSC, “Benefit Finance” LLC, and “Microcreditbank” JSCB.
As of today, 46% of employees at FC “TAIBA FINANCE” LLC are women. Women are represented at various management levels: three managers in total, including two top-level managers and one middle-level manager, which demonstrates the company’s commitment to equal participation in decision-making processes.
In 2026, FC “TAIBA FINANCE” LLC plans to expand access for women entrepreneurs to Islamic finance instruments aimed at business development, job creation, and increasing the economic activity of women in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
